The Canyons of Stone Oak is 100% focused on caring for the individual and their personal journey with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. All of our employees are uniquely trained to understand and anticipate the individual needs of each resident. Each resident will follow their own personal journey with us and we recognize and create care plans specific to their needs.

The design of our community is created to minimize confusion and anxiety and to maximize awareness, socialization and freedom of movement. The environment encourages independence in a safe and secure setting.
